Consumer had purchased a 32” LED TV in mid- August 2021. It came with a 3 year warranty from the date of purchase. As the TV was not working, the company technician inspected and found that the main board was faulty and needed replacement. The company has been contacted several times, and every time they say that the part has been dispatched and it would be resolved soon. But even after 20 days no solution had been provided. |
