| Problem Reported | Consumer had reported that out of all the items shipped through a cargo company, 4 items were missing when he took the delivery. He had taken a video of the same while taking delivery , in front of the Company Executive. The company had already issued a credit note for the same but had not credited the amount to his bank account yet. It had been almost 7 months and he was not able to get any reply from them. | ||||
| Escalation by NCH | As the Cargo company is not a convergence partner of NCH; the grievance was e-mailed to them and the company responded that ‘It is submitted that the company has remitted Rs. 5003/- to you vide UTR No. xxxxxx dated xxxxxx in your designated bank account. In view of the above facts, customer grievance has been resolved by us.” | ||||
