| Problem Reported | Consumer had purchased a home appliance - a grinder - in the second week of January 2023 from an online shopping portal by COD (cash on delivery). On receiving the product 4 days later, as the grinder was not working, he registered his request for a replacement. The company arranged for the pickup but thereafter informed him that the grinder was not new, but used one. Consumer said that this showed that the company had sent him a used grinder. He wanted NCH to take necessary action. | ||||
