Consumer has a personal loan account with a mid-sized private Bank. In October 2020, the bank had deducted โน 10444/- from his loan account without his consent for an Insurance/Loan Policy plan of โน 4504/-and the Bankโs Security Advisory charges of โน 5940/-. Consumer has raised the grievance with the Bank officials many times by e-mail that they either refund the amount or adjust โน10444 in his personal loan account, but the issue has not been resolved. |
