| Escalation by NCH | As the Company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH portal that the refund Amount of ₹5380/- had been processed and also mentioned details like Refund Settlement Id, Refund Date, Refund Amount etc. They also stated that ₹ 177 was non-refundable amount which was collected towards the booking charge and GST” | ||||
