Consumer had booked a broadband connection in end June 2020 and paid the amount of ₹3327 online. Same day, they confirmed on email that the installation of the broadband connection will be completed within next 7 working days. However, as they were not able to provide the connection at his residence, he canceled the broadband connection and raised the refund request. The company informed him that he would get the refund cheque, but even after more than 7 months, he had not received it. |
