Problem Reported In the third week of February, 2021, consumer had booked 4 tickets from a travel agency and paid the total amount of ₹2239. However, Neither the tickets got booked nor was the refund initiated. Also, the travel agency denied receiving the amount at their end. It had been more than 17 days, that the amount had still not been refunded
Escalation by NCH As the Company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “we would like to inform you that your bank has already initiated the refund process. This is an onerous process and may need up to 30 Calendar days. We will keep you posted on this. Request you to wait till then.”
