Problem Reported Consumer had purchased a branded mobile handset in November 2020 for ₹18099/- , but after purchasing he noticed that the handset had some defects. He contacted the company and company replaced the handset but after the replacement consumer noticed that this mobile handset was also defective. So he again contacted the company, but company said that they would not replace it again and would only provide the service. But consumer does not want the service; he wants a replacement or refund.
Escalation by NCH As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal” Refund given to the customer.”
Consumer Feedback (INGRAM) Excellent! Service is excellent but most of the people doesn't know about you. So need more awareness program with the people those who get benefitted through your services.
