Consumer had purchased a branded mobile handset in November 2020 for ₹18099/- , but after purchasing he noticed that the handset had some defects. He contacted the company and company replaced the handset but after the replacement consumer noticed that this mobile handset was also defective. So he again contacted the company, but company said that they would not replace it again and would only provide the service. But consumer does not want the service; he wants a replacement or refund. |
