Problem Reported Consumer had purchased 32 Inch branded Smart TV in mid Oct 2020 by paying ₹ 15300/- and got it Installed the next day. After installation, the TV stopped suddenly and restarted. Dealer told him that it needed a software installation in the TV Operating system and the same would be done the next day. However, nothing was done. He had raised his grievance many times to the dealer and the customer care of the company, and was told by both that the issue would be resolved at the earliest. However, a month and a half had passed, but no one had come to resolve the issue.
Escalation by NCH As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “replacement has been approved and informed to customer also”.
