Consumer had ordered branded digital watch in the last week of January 2021 and the same got delivered the next day. Consumer paid the amount of ₹2499/- through an e-wallet. After about a week, he had returned the products and raised the request for the refund. It had been more than 60 days, he had not received the refund yet. However, in the refund status it showed that the amount had been refunded in early March 2021. Consumer had sent the account statement to the company that showed that the amount had still not been refunded, but had not got any response. |

As the consumer electronics Company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “We have refunded the amount. Refund ID xxx Date of refund xxx” |
