Problem Reported Consumer’s flight was cancelled by Airline and the full refund was initiated by them but the travel company had refunded ₹ 6760.00 but was yet to refund the balance amount of ₹2080
Escalation by NCH As the online travel portal is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal stating “we would like to inform you that your correct remaining refund has been initiated from our side in your e-Wallet.”
