Problem Reported Consumer had purchased a branded LCD Monitor from an online shopping portal and the Year of Make was March 2020. The monitor had some issues and the same was replaced by the Company promptly. However, the replaced monitor was also faulty and the company sent another monitor. This monitor worked, but the consumer had an issue with the year of make and specifications as the Year of Make was April 2017, and it was an older model. Consumer had been following up with the company for over a month regarding the same for replacement but there was no response from the company side.
Escalation by NCH As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that ‘case closed by replacing TFT.’
Consumer Remark in INGRAM The Company has delivered the right monitor and hence I would like to close the grievance and confirm it as resolved.
