Problem Reported Consumer had placed a prepaid order of a few ayurvedic products of a branded company for ₹ 534/- from their official e-commerce website in mid – April 2021, but even after a week his order had not been delivered.
Escalation by NCH As the company is not under the Convergence partnership of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was e-mailed to the company and the Company responded that “Material which the consumer ordered has been delivered to him”
Consumer Remark in INGRAM When NCH spoke to the consumer, he confirmed that the company had delivered the products, and he was happy with the response.
