Consumers bought a motorcycle from the company authorized Showroom in September 2018. Since then, the consumer noticed that the bike had problems with its braking and stability, as the bike continuously skids while braking. Also, the mileage that the bike gave was not as that informed to him by the showroom agent. As there were problems with its battery, consumer had installed a new battery. There were many new repairs that he had to get done on his bike, every time. Currently in April 2021, he was facing issues where his bike stops suddenly, and hence he wanted his bike to be repaired properly. |
