Problem Reported In mid-May 2021, Consumer had booked train tickets for his family for the journey in end of May 2021, and had paid ₹ 24077/-. One week before the journey date, the train was cancelled due to some technical reasons. However, the consumer has not got any response for the refund of the amount paid
Escalation by NCH As the Company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal Real that “Amount of ₹23500.0/- has already been refunded against PNR xxxxx dated xxxxx with refund id :xxxxxxxxxx.”
