Problem Reported Consumer had purchased a mattress in October 2020 for ₹9000/-. It had a warranty of 24 months. After around 4-5 months usage, due to issues with the mattress, consumer requested for a replacement. He shared photos of the defective mattress and the invoice with the company, but his request was denied for replacement as the company said that the invoice was not valid. Consumer again shared the invoice with the company but had not received any response from the company end.
Escalation by NCH As the product company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the company responded on the NCH Portal that “Replacement is approved and will be delivered by 21 working days”.
