Problem Reported In end May 2021, consumer had deposited ₹20,100 in cash deposit machine of a PSU Bank branch. But immediate, after depositing the amount, the machine went out of order. Neither the amount got credited nor was it dispensed back. The next day consumer had lodged a written grievance with the Bank branch. Consumer wanted the amount credited as soon as possible.
Escalation by NCH As the Bank is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the Bank on the NCH Portal that “We would like apprise by our concerned department/branch/office that customer has updated remarks that "got refund".”
Consumer Remark in INGRAM Got refund.
