Problem Reported |
Consumer has a DTH Connection on a plan of ₹899/- and he decided to upgrade it to a ₹1999/- plan. In this new plan, he was offered an upgrade of the set top box. On request, an engineer from the service provider visited his home and installed the upgraded set top box. The company instead of replacing the old plan with the new plan, added this as a secondary connection, and now they were charging for two connections instead of one connection. Consumer had made several requests to disconnect the connection, but the service provider was not doing so, and they also charged for the new Set top box. |
