In early July 2021, consumer had ordered 2 pairs of Shoes from a shopping website, and had paid ₹ 9288/- When it got delivered, and he opened the box, it did not have any TAGS attached to the shoes, and the shoes did not fit him also. Hence he placed a request for the shoes to be returned as per policy of the company but when the pickup person came, he denied picking up the shoes as there were no tags on them. When consumer tried to call up the company, they told him that they will investigate and then update him but his issue had not been resolved.. |
