Problem Reported Consumer had purchased a Wi-Fi range extender from an online website in end May 2021 by paying ₹ 1999/- . Almost 13 days had passed but the order had still not been delivered. Consumer created the support ticket on their portal but it was of no use. He tried to contact the company on their registered mobile number, but no one picks up the phone. He also tried to contact them over e-mail but they were not responding. Consumer is doubtful if the order would be delivered, and requested NCH for help.
Escalation by NCH As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “order delivered”
