Problem Reported Consumer had cancelled the policy that he had taken in mid February 2021, and, as per the insurance company they had issued a refund of ₹2241/- in March 2021 but the same was not reflecting in his account, He had sent his bank statement several times to the company, but they responded that they did not find the attachment. .
Escalation by NCH As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “Your policy xxxxxxx has been cancelled. Your refund request number is xxxxx, the refund amount will be credited in the account within 10 to 12 working”
