Problem Reported Consumer had purchased an induction cooktop in mid-August 2020 and had paid ₹1966/-. In April 2021, the top glass of the induction got damaged. The consumer contacted the company for repairs as induction was in the warranty period. Despite sending many e-mails and making many calls, the company, even after two months had not responded.
Escalation by NCH As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the company responded on the NCH Portal that “Repair done of faulty product and consumer satisfied”.
