Problem Reported Consumer had booked a ticket in early March 2021 for a flight in the first week of April 2021 and paid an amount of ₹11,313/- . He cancelled his flight ticket thereafter and the airlines confirmed that there was a 100% refund against cancellation. But when he contacted the Airlines for refund, he did not get any positive response from them.
Escalation by NCH As the Airlines is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the response received from company on the NCH Portal stated that “Sincere apologies for the delay and the inconvenience. Kindly note we have added the ticket number xxxxxx in our Priority list. It will take 03 to 04 weeks to get the amount credited in cardholder’s account from which the amount was debited. Thank you for your patience and understanding.”
