Consumer had done a recharge of ₹ 429/- in mid June 2021 using a company wallet, but by mistake he selected a wrong operator and after doing the payment it was showing recharge successful .He contacted the company’s customer support and tried to tell them his problem, but they did not respond properly. They asked him to contact the operator of the wrongly selected company, but on their given no. operator call was not connected. |

As the digital payment Company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the response received from the company on the NCH Portal stated “Please note your recharge with the transaction ID: xxxxx has failed. We have initiated the refund of ₹429/-. |
