Problem Reported Consumer had booked a flight ticket which was not confirmed, but an amount of ₹ 3063/- had got debited from his account. The ticket also cancelled in a few minutes. Consumer informed the company of the same and followed up with them for the refund. They promised him they will refund him the amount, but he had not received it yet.
Escalation by NCH As the online travel company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the response received from the company on the NCH Portal stated that the booking was cancelled due to reasons beyond their control and they had refunded the full amount to the passenger.
