Problem Reported Consumer had signed up with a very well known, branded Private education franchisee for his child’s 7th – 10th Standard education. He had paid ₹95000/- for the same. Thereafter, he had cancelled the membership within 15 days period and as per the company’s terms; he would get refund of the amount paid. However, the company was not ready to refund the amount. He had communicated with them many times, but they had not provided any resolution.
Escalation by NCH As the company is not a Convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was e-mailed to the company and the company responded that “Refund was processed and completed.
Consumer Remark in INGRAM When NCH spoke to the consumer, he confirmed that he had received the refund of ₹85000/-. Now the issue is resolved and he is satisfied with the same.
