Problem Reported Consumer had ordered dog food from a pet care online company in end May 2021and had paid ₹1095/-, but even after 10 days he did not receive the product. So, he sent an mail to the company for cancelling the order and refunding the amount back to him, but had not got any response.
Escalation by NCH As company is not a Convergence partner of the NCH, the grievance was e-mailed to the company, and the Company responded that “Order has been dispatched to the consumer, but due to technical error we have taken it back, Again delivery was not possible due to lock down and full amount has been refunded to consumer.”
Consumer Remark in INGRAM When NCH spoke to the consumer, he confirmed that he had received the full refund of ₹1095/-. He was very happy and satisfied with the resolution.
