Problem Reported In early June, 2021, consumer had done a transaction of ₹2500/- from his credit line that he had with an NBFC, whereby the amount got deducted from his account but the same was not credited into the beneficiary’s account. Later, in mid June 2021 he enquired by e-mail from the company for the amount debited from his account for which the credit had not been received.
Escalation by NCH As the Company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “We wish to inform you that we have successfully refunded your amount of INR2500 into your e-wallet.”
