Consumer had foreclosed his Loan with a private sector Bank in the end of March 2021 and an amount of ₹4019/- should have been refunded back to him. Despite multiple requests he had not received the refund amount. The Bank had sent an account statement for the month of May 2021. After 15 days they had initiated the refund and it should have been credited to him in 3 to 4 working days. However he had not received the amount. Again, on request, they sent the account statement for June 2021, and the next day they again initiated the refund payment. It should have been credited to him in 3 to 4 working days but he had still not received the amount. |
