Problem Reported | Consumer had hired an interior décor services company in February, 2020, at a price of ₹7.5 Lacs, which was inclusive of furniture and fixtures of ₹ 1.57 Lacs. The agreement was to complete the assignment by July 2020. The consumer did not take the furniture & fixtures from them, so he raised a request for the refund. The company had already refunded him ₹ 25,000/-, but he was still awaiting the balance amount of ₹1, 32,000//- | ||||
Escalation by NCH | As the company is not a Convergence partner of the NCH, the grievance was e-mailed to the company and after sending two reminders the company responded that “The issue has been resolved. The amount has been paid back to the consumer”. | ||||
