Problem Reported Consumer had applied for a 15 days temporary disconnection of his DTH service at the end of March 2020, but the company was not responding, and was disconnecting his calls.
Escalation by NCH As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded to on the NCH Portal stating that “All required information regarding Temp. Deactivation policy has been shared with him and request taken for 15 days i.e. from 2nd Apr 2020 - 16th Apr 2020. It will be reactivated automatically on 17th Apr 2020. He also can contact us before 16th Apr (if required) to activate the connection. All required information has been shared.”
