Consumer had applied for a Loan against property from an NBFC for which all the documents were submitted and loan was sanctioned. While, disbursing the loan amount, the company suddenly demanded additional documents of the new property to be purchased which had not been asked at the time of application. After paying off the processing fees, they were asking for additional documents which were not at all required, leading to unnecessary delay in the disbursement of the loan amount. Hence, he had requested the Company to cancel the loan request and refund the processing fees in his account. |
