Consumer had ordered a shirt, and the status on the e-commerce portal showed as 'Delivered' although the item had not been delivered yet. As it was a prepaid order, her money was blocked on account of this. Consumer had tried contacting the company many times, but had not received any response. |

As the online shopping portal is not under Convergence with NCH, the grievance was e-mailed to the company, and the company responded that “Refund issued to the consumer. Consumer confirmed that he has received the notification for the refund.” |
