Consumer had raised a request for Servicing of his branded water Purifier in early July 2021. The service person deputed said that only if there is a problem they will solve it, and hence did nothing, except changing the pre filter and that that too, only at the request of the consumer when he asked them to inspect it. There were a lot of cockroaches in the purifier. He called customer care again, and they gave him a new request number, but without providing any service, they cancelled his request after 5 days. |
