In mid-May 2021, consumer had ordered for a pair of branded earphones and Speaker and paid onlinean amount of ₹2248.20. But, Company denied the order as the payment was not received against the order. However, the amount had been debited from the consumer’s account. Earlier, the company had agreed to process the refund amount but later they denied to do so as the transaction was not successful.It had been more than a month that he had been chasing up with the company for the refundto be credited back in his account. |
