Problem Reported Consumer had purchased a mobile handset flip over with 5d glass from the online website in the third week of June 2021, and paid ₹1389/- approx. After almost a month, there was no trace about the order. Consumer tried contacting them by e-mail, but at all times the mail returned back as the mail address was not found. He also tried contacting them on their mobile number, but the phone was not reachable.
Escalation by NCH As company is not a Convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was e-mailed to the company, and the company responded that – “We have already dispatched the order through speed post.
