Consumer had ordered a watch from a branded electronics Company and paid an amount of ₹2748/-, by the online mode. As the product delivered was defective, the consumer returned the product to the company but received a wrong product in replacement. Later, he raised the grievance with the Company to pick up the product and process the refund as he did not want the replacement second time. |
