Problem Reported Consumer had ordered a watch from a branded electronics Company and paid an amount of ₹2748/-, by the online mode. As the product delivered was defective, the consumer returned the product to the company but received a wrong product in replacement. Later, he raised the grievance with the Company to pick up the product and process the refund as he did not want the replacement second time.
Escalation by NCH As the Company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal stating “We have refunded the amount : REF ID xxxxxxx Date : xxxxx, xxxxx pm "
