Problem Reported Consumer ordered pen drive in the first week of July 2021 from an online shopping website and paid the amount of ₹1604/-. However, even after a month he had not received the product. He had contacted the online shopping portal multiple times but was not getting any satisfactory response from their end.
Escalation by NCH As the online shopping portal is not a Convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was forwarded to the company by e-mail, and the company responded that “ refund has been done, refund details are given below: xxxxx Date: xxxxx time:xxxxx Amount: 1604 rupees.”
