Problem Reported Consumer had enrolled his child in an e-learning program and paid ₹15594/-. Later on he cancelled the admission. Even after 2 months of cancellation, the company did not refund his money. At the time of admission he was promised that his money would be refunded within 5-10 working days after the cancellation. They were making false promises and looting parent’s money. Many times he contacted customer support but had not received any response.
Escalation by NCH As the e-learning company is not a Convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was e-mailed to the company, and the company responded that “The refund has been processed and refund request ID is xxxxxx, will be credited to the consumer's source account within 5-7 working days”.
