Problem Reported In August 2021 consumer had purchased Furniture items through a marketplace portal and had paid ₹ 10774/-, however, he was delivered defective products. When he tried to raise the return request, the website from the company that the products were sold from was non-operational. Consumer wanted refund.
Escalation by NCH As the online marketplace company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that ‘Tried connecting with the customer call went unanswered. The product has been returned and refund processed. Refund details shared with the cx via email closing the ticket.’
