Consumer's mother was booked on a domestic Airlines flight from
Guwahati to New Delhi in early December 2019 and had a confirmed seat. Despite
reaching the airline check-in counter on time, she was not allowed to board the flight and
the booking was rescheduled from the airlines side on the next available flight whose
scheduled departure time was a few hours later, on the same day. And all this was
because of the fault on the part of the airline staff. |

Consumer Helpline the company responded on the portal as “We have processed
refund for this order... and informed same to customer.” |
