Problem Reported Consumer ad opted for a trial offer at ₹2500 for a fiber optic internet connection later, he requested for disconnection prior to the completion of the trial period, so the connection was disconnected and the devices including set top box and router were picked up. It had been more than 14 days, but he had not yet received the refund amount from the Company.
Escalation by NCH As the Telecom Company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded on the NCH portal that “As investigated, the refund is in progress and will be credited within 20 working days. Due to some technical issue there is a delay in refund and our team is working on the same to rectify on priority."
