Consumer had taken a loan ₹ 58000/- for purchasing a motorbike in March 2020, with an EMI of ₹ 2920/- for a term of 24 months. Consumer foreclosed his loan by paying the whole amount in end October 2021. Then after 3 days, the company deducted an amount of ₹ 2920/- as EMI due but the loan had already been foreclosed earlier. Consumer made numerous calls but did not get any response from the company. |

As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the company responded that “We would like to inform you that loan account is already closed in our records. Also excess amount is refunded in registered repayment bank account. No Objection Certificate request is under process and will be dispatch to registered address.” |
