Consumer had ordered a carpet from an online shopping portal App in mid Sept 2021 by paying ₹ 1439/-, which was delivered a week later. Consumer found the product to be of very cheap quality, unlike what was shown in the photograph and the description provided along with it in the App. He requested the company to take back the carpet and refund the amount as this product does not serve his purpose. |
