Problem Reported Consumer had ordered a carpet from an online shopping portal App in mid Sept 2021 by paying ₹ 1439/-, which was delivered a week later. Consumer found the product to be of very cheap quality, unlike what was shown in the photograph and the description provided along with it in the App. He requested the company to take back the carpet and refund the amount as this product does not serve his purpose.
Escalation by NCH As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “We have successfully refunded the amount to customer and hence, we are closing the complaint from our end.
