Consumer had ordered an Audio Frequency Amplifier Transistor from an electronics shopping portal. In the first purchase, he ordered 5 pieces and company delivered the same product which he ordered. He then decided to give a bulk order i.e. 2000 pieces but this time they did fraud with him and sent a different product than the previous one. Thereafter, they denied that they had sent him a different product, and also denied pickup and refund of his amount. He had registered the grievance with the company many times but his issue had not been resolved. |
