Problem Reported Consumer had ordered an Audio Frequency Amplifier Transistor from an electronics shopping portal. In the first purchase, he ordered 5 pieces and company delivered the same product which he ordered. He then decided to give a bulk order i.e. 2000 pieces but this time they did fraud with him and sent a different product than the previous one. Thereafter, they denied that they had sent him a different product, and also denied pickup and refund of his amount. He had registered the grievance with the company many times but his issue had not been resolved.
Escalation by NCH As the online shopping portal is not a Convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline. The grievance was e-mailed to the company, and the company responded that – “We have processed the full refund to the consumer dated xxth Nov 2021”.
