Problem Reported Consumer had booked an electric bike from a dealer in August 2021, and was getting the delivery after two months. As per law, they supposed to give the helmet free with bike but dealer said that the consumer was required to purchase the helmet separately and they would not be providing the helmet free of cost.
Escalation by NCH As the Automobile Company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “The Complaint has been solved. Customer got the helmet.”
Consumer Remark in INGRAM Excellent! I got the helmet as I requested.
