Problem Reported In the last week of September 2021, Consumer had ordered a branded Bluetooth headphone and paid an amount of ₹1349/, online. The order was to be delivered within 8-10 working days, but even after a month, the order had not been delivered, despite several follow-ups with the Company. Hence, the consumer had requested for refund of the amount paid.
Escalation by NCH As the Electronics Products Company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “the customer has been refunded.”
