Consumer had registered the grievance to the company, in this regard. The company’s engineer visited his place and after inspection they confirmed that the panel had got damaged. For repairing it, they collected the TV and brought it with them, but it has not been returned to him. Every time he approached the company, they gave him some lame excuse. | ||||
