Problem Reported Consumer had taken a personal loan in May 2021 of ₹ 57000/-, with an EMI of ₹ 4750/-. After 3 months, the consumer foreclosed the loan, but still the company deducted the EMI’s of the next two months. Consumer had contacted the company many times, but he did not get any response from the Company.
Escalation by NCH As the Non-banking finance company is convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the response received from the company was “We would like to inform you that the refund of amount Rs.9500/- has been initiated to the customer’s registered bank account with us on xxxxxxx”
Consumer Remark in INGRAM Excellent, the company had given a refund of ₹ 9500/-
