Consumer had purchased two airline tickets online in January 2021, but could not find any option on the website to cancel the tickets. On calling customer care, the representative canceled his tickets for a cancellation charge of 100 USD. Since then, he had sent 7-8 e-mails but had not received any refund. Every time he e-mailed the concerned authorities, he was told that the refund would be credited back to his account in 10-21 working days, but there was no sign of the refund. He had paid for two round trip tickets amounting to 1324.94 USD through a US Credit Card, and should get a refund of 1124.94 USD after deducting cancellation charges. |
